My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although spacious and clean, was noisy until after midnight due to its location over the function room. The service was excellent overall but I did have to wait for a staff member for about 10 minutes. The location was convenient for visiting family and getting to the Sheffield Arena, although the atmosphere felt a bit cold in some areas. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with a nice breakfast but a long wait time. The facilities overall were decent, but improvements could be made.
